THE CAHORS MARKET

In the territory of Grand Cahors, the markets are essential meetings. Traditional traders and producers provide residents and visitors with fresh produce and local specialties all year round (cheese, Cahors wine, duck, fruit and vegetables, Quercy lambs, nuts, truffles, etc.).

A true culinary institution, the Cahors market was voted ""Most beautiful market"" in Midi Pyrénées in 2018 during the ""Your most beautiful market"" competition organized by TF1 and La Dépêche.

During the summer period, the territory is enriched with seasonal markets welcoming local producers and artisans.

Wednesday and Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Place Chapou, at the foot of Saint-Etienne cathedral
